Frequently Asked Questions

  .Q: Is ER-DOX A CLINIC?
A: No.  ER-DOX is for Urgent Care.  We do not see patients in place of your primary care physician, we handle emergency situations or an illness if your primary care physician is unavailable and your injury/illness needs attention.  Instead of sitting hours in an emergency room, ER-DOX provides an excellent alternative for treating most issues that you would visit an emergency room.

Q:  Is ER-DOX AN EMERGENCY ROOM?
A: No.  But our physicians are residency trained and board certified in emergency medicine.  We can do almost everything an ER can do (without the wait).  Both Dr. Kessler and Dr. Flashner have been practicing emergency medicine for over 15 years (and continue to so in local Emergency Rooms)
