Q: Is ER-DOX A CLINIC?
A: No. ER-DOX is for Urgent Care. We do not
see patients in place of your primary care physician, we
handle emergency situations or an illness if your primary
care physician is unavailable and your injury/illness needs
attention. Instead of sitting hours in an emergency
room, ER-DOX provides an excellent alternative for treating
most issues that you would visit an emergency room.
Q: Is ER-DOX AN EMERGENCY ROOM?
A: No. But our physicians are
residency trained and board certified in
emergency medicine. We can do almost everything an ER can do
(without the wait). Both Dr. Kessler and Dr. Flashner
have been practicing emergency medicine for over 15 years
(and continue to so in local Emergency Rooms)
Q: DOES ER-DOX TAKE INSURANCE?
A: Yes. We are in network with many insurance
companies.

DOES ER-DOX SEE PEOPLE WITH NO INSURANCE?
A: Absolutely. Visits start as low as $75.00.
Q: DOES ER-DOX BILL FOR
SERVICES?
A: Yes. For those
services covered by your insurance. For those without
insurance, payment is due upon the visit.
Q: WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS
DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We
accept cash and credit cards.

WORKERS COMPENSATION?
A: Yes,
we do. You must bring ALL PAPERWORK at time of

patients are treated and released within 30 minutes

We do not provide routine childhood vaccines.

Medicine/Urgent Care is a
specialty. We cannot be your primary care physician,
however, if your physician is unavailable and you need
immediate care or you have an urgent care matter that you
were considering to go to the Emergency Room, ER-DOX is
there for you!
Q: What is Pedia-Nyte?
A: In
both locations we treat all ages. In our Massapequa
office only, we have extended hours (9PM-11PM) for infants,
children and adolescents only. During this time, a
pediatrician our a certified Emergency Room Physician
will be available to meet your child's urgent medical needs.
